Position Summary
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategy across all locations and divisions. This role blends strategy, business development, and leadership with a strong on-the-ground presence. The Marketing Manager will oversee the Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist and work closely with leadership and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage marketing strategy for Huff Construction, Huff Concrete, and Huff Steel
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns by location and division
- Own and manage all areas of marketing across the company, including digital marketing, social media strategy, print marketing, radio and traditional advertising.
- Represent the company at groundbreakings, grand openings, interviews, and community events
- Collaborate with leadership on business development
- Manage graphic designer and social media specialist
- Oversee content, design priorities, and campaign execution
- Track marketing performance and adjust strategy as needed
- Support recruiting and employer branding efforts
- Conduct monthly one-on-ones with department VPs and leadership.
Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of marketing experience
- 1-3 years of Construction Experience
- Experience in marketing leadership or management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable presenting, networking, and representing the company publicly
- Strategic thinker with strong organizational skills
Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
