To help us drive excellence, you'll get to:
Evaluate production set-ups to ensure quality requirements are met by performing 1st piece approvals for production.

Ensure quality technicians are properly assigned and trained and day to day processes are being followed and maintained.

Ensure product quality requirements were maintained throughout the run by performing last piece approvals for production.

Assist Operations in ensuring Production Operators complete the required quality inspections (hourly checks/active inspection).

Conduct gage and fixture studies as required.

Assist production floor personnel in the use of statistical techniques and in the use of gages and fixtures.

Monitor, support & assist in product Escalation, Isolation & Containment of defective material.

This full-time, hourly role is a part of our Lebanon team and reports to the Quality Manager.

Required experience:
Education
:

Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

in field:
2-4 years' experience in related field. Experience using micrometers, calipers, scales, taper gauges, and high gauges.

Computer

Skills
:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.

Leadership

-mentoring, training, and coaching associates.
