RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Providing excellent service to guests during daily operations and banquets
Managing the cafeteria
Preparing mise en place
Setting up the restaurant
Properly preparing and cooking food at all stations
Setting up and breaking down the buffet
Assisting with quality control
Receiving and inspecting goods
Maintaining hygiene standards

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:

A completed apprenticeship in housekeeping or gastronomy
A well-groomed appearance and friendly demeanor
A strong attention to detail and quality
Flexibility and a sense of responsibility
The ability to work independently and strong social skills
Fluency in German
