General Purpose:
The National Account Specialist will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Channel Manager, National Accounts in pro-actively driving top line sales and achieving annual revenue targets.
You'll get to:
- Coordinate standardized PowerBi/JDE Reporting for CMNA and NCAs.
- Build and maintain relationships with appropriate NCA support team members (Buyer Assistant).
- Take initiative to work with each NCAs Buyer Assistant to maximize shipping efficiencies as well as any other Supply Chain issue.
- Respond to Sales inquiries (internal/external).
- Process MDF/BDF credits for NCAs and maintain yearly spreadsheet.
- Maintain a schedule of orders to be shipped versus ads and advocate for NCAs with Distribution Center (DC) to secure and ship product.
- Coordinate promotional material to support national/regional events & sales training.
- Effectively communicate with CMNA & Supply Chain to ensure adequate product delivery for NCAs.
- Set up of all NCAs properly for commissions breakout reporting.
- Work with Vendor Compliance/Vendor Relations to ensure mínimal charge backs and maximum product flow by inspecting POs before final approval.
- Communicate and understand NCAs cancellations/rebookings.
- Work with Distribution Center to manage orders, schedule deliveries, NCA POs, and inventory management flow.
- Perform specific and delegated duties as assigned by management.
Performance Measurements:
- Timely processing of EDI Orders
- Order fulfillment metrics
- Reduction of Vendor Chargebacks
- Maintain NCA Targets
- Provide necessary information to CMNA regarding fulfillment needs for NCAs.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years relevant experience

- Ability to travel, work flexible hours and weekends is required.
