Job Summary:

We are searching for a physically agile warehouse driver to fulfill time-sensitive delivery duties. The warehouse driver should inspect assigned route sheets, gather requisite merchandise, and then load the delivery vehicle. You should subsequently cart orders to our customers.

The warehouse driver is also responsible for moving parts with a forklift from building to building throughout the day, as well as reorganizing materials and equipment as needed.

To ensure success as a warehouse driver, you should be familiar with pertinent vehicle weight restrictions. A remarkable warehouse driver will inform clients of predictable delays.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Delivers packages or products according to the scheduled route.
Follows designated schedule and seeks efficient travel routes.
Scans or records packages and maintains documentation of deliveries.
Conducts routine vehicle inspections and schedules repairs on vehicles as needed.
Follows all DOT and company regulations to operate safely.
Moves parts with forklift from building to building throughout the day.
Dumps shavings and scrap material as needed.
Reorganizes material and equipment as needed.
Helps with shipping and labeling packages for deliveries.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Ability to follow instructions
Must have a valid Arizona driver?s license and a clean driving record
Must have or be able to attain forklift certification

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Related experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to safely lift up to 75 lbs.
Prolong periods of standing, bending, kneeling, walking and cramped spaces
Must be able to climb a ladder or in a lift 2530 Ft. in the air
Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions
