Job details:
As part of our direct placement, we are currently looking for a Facility Manager (Maintenance Manager) for a production company in Dresden (m/f/d). A driver's license is NOT required.

Work is done from Monday to Friday in part-time (20 hours/week). The working hours are flexible.

Your tasks:
- Maintenance work in building technology
- Repairs
- Inspection rounds
- Procurement of materials

Required skills:
- Manual skills
- Ideally, first experience as a building technician
- Very good German language skills, at least C1 level

Required education:
Professional experience desirable, or vocational training or professional experience in a trade

Work form:
Part-time / Monday to Friday
