Responsibilities:

  • Processing monthly payroll in SAP for a selected group of employees
  • Acting as a point of contact for employees, social security agencies, and authorities for all tax and social security-related questions
  • Managing and developing company training programs
  • Handling independent tasks within HR activities
  • Participating in HR projects
  • Assisting with all activities related to recruitment, employee support, and development

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Ideally, further education in the field of HR, such as HR specialist
  • Training certificate (qualification according to AEVO)
  • Relevant professional experience in a similar position
