Responsibilities

  • Learn the LegalServer case management system and stay current with system enhancements and changes.
  • Provide user support for the LegalServer case management system.
  • Create and monitor routine and on demand reports from Legal Server and Power BI.
  • Help develop report naming conventions and architecture.
  • Support the integrity of data for organizationwide reporting
  • Assist with data entry when needed.
  • Always pay attention to detail, process work accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Proactively and regularly make recommendations for system improvements
  • Be highly organized.
  • Work closely with Operations and Legal Services staff
  • Other duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
  • Align with CLA SoCal IT policies/ procedures.

Requirements:


  • 3 years' experience in database support or similar role that includes data entry as well as organization best practices.
  • At least 1 year experience creating queries and modeling data in Power BI.
  • Must have experience using Microsoft Office 365 and Power Platform.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a curiosity for learning new systems.
  • Knowledge of database normalization.
  • Experience working in LegalServer, Salesforce or other CRMs.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to craft guidance for enduser and create training tools.
  • The ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and communication.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize among competing tasks while maintaining focused attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and work style in a fastpaced, deadlineoriented environment.
  • Values diversity of thought, backgrounds and perspectives.
  • A commitment to and ability to articulate CLA SoCal mission.
  • Ability to model the organization's values (accountability, collaboration, compassion, equity, trust) in personal behavior and throughout human resource processes.
  • 2 Years' experience in LegalServer.
  • 2 Years' experience working in a legal aid or other nonprofit organization.
  • Ability to read and modify Python code.
  • Ability to write and debug SQL.
