As a Content Coordinator at Lemon Seed Marketing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the creation and delivery of high-quality, engaging content tailored to the unique needs of our clients in the home service industry.

You will be responsible for maintaining our client's online presence, optimizing content for various platforms, and fostering a strong brand voice across social media channels.

• Content Creation:
• Develop and curate creative and engaging content for various digital platforms, focusing on the HVAC, plumbing, and pest control industries.
• Ensure content is unique, informative, and aligns with each client's brand guidelines.
• Conduct research to stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate relevant information into content.
• Editing and Proofreading:
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and grammatical correctness.
• Verify that all content adheres to industryspecific terminology and standards.
• Collaborate with the content team to provide constructive feedback and improve overall content quality.
• Social Media Management:
• Manage and execute social media strategies across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Develop and implement social media campaigns tailored to each client's target audience.
• Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies accordingly to achieve optimal results.
• Quality Assurance:
• Implement quality control measures to ensure all content meets the highest standards.
• Conduct regular audits of online content to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field
• Proven experience in content creation, editing, and social media management.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and platforms.
• Detailoriented with a keen eye for grammar, spelling, and style.

• 40 hours weekly

• Salary based on experience: $36,000$38,000/year
• 80 hours paid PTO after 90 days of employment, 11 paid holidays per calendar year, health/dental/vision insurance available, 401K Plan with company match.
