Advanced Quality Manager (m/f/d) Automotive

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage customer's maturity level tools and APQP processes
  • Ensure timely customer quality approval for upcoming and legacy projects
  • Negotiate and obtain customer approval in a timely manner and maintain trace history (4M(CR) management)
  • Communicate closely with customers and global colleagues to resolve issues
  • Act as the main contact person for quality complaints from customers
  • Participate in customer audits at LGE production sites
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
