The Montessori School Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen is growing and is looking for one or more dedicated and professionally motivated individuals to join our team as a school companion (m/f/d).

We are a school of diversity and proactively support students with inclusion. School companions are there to support a student with special needs during school hours. They help them navigate the school day and participate in learning and living together in our school.

Are you a passionate individual with a heart for education? Do you want to be a part of our growing Montessori school, which is planning to build a new school building to provide even more students with individual, mindful, and joyful support? Then we are looking for you

You will work closely with our learning companions.

Our school is a creative learning and living space where currently over 150 students from grades 1 to 10 are accompanied and cared for by a team of 40 people at two locations.

Independent learning and joy in doing are at the heart of our school.

We want to be a house of learning where both children and staff feel comfortable. A place where research is encouraged and where children can develop without fear. A house where our learning companions give children trust and security.
