Position Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and driven Loan Originator to join our growing team in Dallas, focusing on hard money loans.

This individual will play a key role in establishing and expanding the Dallas office, with potential leadership opportunities as the market develops.


Responsibilities:


  • Cultivate new business relationships with investors, builders, and real estate developers.
  • Proactively prospect for new borrowers through a combination of cold calling and attending networking events.
  • Manage incoming leads generated by Capital Fund
  • Collaborate with the processing department to obtain necessary documentation for loan closing.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of a real estate transaction to effectively advise borrowers.
  • Contribute to proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Inperson office hours: Monday to Friday; 8 AM 5 PM (Las Colinas).
  • Sales and real estate experience; NMLS licenses are not required.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM usage.
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent phone and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and followup skills.

Compensation:
The compensation for this role is primarily commission-based with a competitive base salary. During the ramp-up period, we provide compensation, and the role comes with abundant resources, including leads.

Pay:
$50, $100,000.00 per year
