As a Sales Manager/Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving and effectively closing opportunities for the legal entity TÜV SÜD Energietechnik GmbH Baden-Württemberg, which has a diverse portfolio in the nuclear and decarbonization business.

By building relationships with existing and new customers, as well as other
- you will be instrumental in achieving and exceeding our annual order intake goals by coordinating the team throughout the entire sales cycle, from identifying potential customers and lead generation, to developing sales opportunities, optimizing business, and negotiating and closing contracts.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining our customer relationships, both in the existing and new customer segments, by attending relevant exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences, as well as virtually through social media.

You will also have an overview of our customers' business and provide customized solutions based on their needs and our expertise.

You will be a key person in creating a proposal while ensuring communication and input between internal and external stakeholders.

Your responsibilities also include continuously identifying market trends, as well as conducting customer and competitor analyses, and actively communicating these insights to the management of ETBW.

You will work with our CRM system to achieve the best sales and market analysis. You will collaborate with trusted colleagues both domestically and internationally, supporting the growth of the TÜV SÜD Group.

Qualifications:
Master's or diploma degree in engineering, business administration, or equivalent. High level of proven experience in
