As a Service Assistant (m/f/d), you will be responsible for providing optimal support to our customers and prospects at the car dealership.

You will manage the interface between the counter, service consultation, workshop scheduling, and parts department. We are looking for you to join our amazing team


Responsibilities:

  • You will welcome and assist our customers, serving as the first point of contact at our dealership.
  • You will receive customer requests for workshop appointments and coordinate with the telephone switchboard, as well as handle payment transactions.
  • You will provide information to customers about the status of their vehicle and organize customer mobility (Euromobil).
  • You will approach customers in an open and friendly manner, taking their wishes and questions seriously and demonstrating a high level of customer orientation and service quality.
  • As part of a team, you will work together with service advisors and workshop management to ensure a smooth service process.

Qualifications:

  • You have completed a commercial or technical education.
  • You have extensive knowledge of sales and service processes and are also highly organized.
  • You are communicative and customeroriented, with a positive and open demeanor.
  • You enjoy contributing to the success of the dealership together with your colleagues.
