    Description

    City Group Hospitality is a lively culinary atmosphere and is looking for someone to work within a close knit team at Rouj Creole. We emphasize creating an environment that welcomes everyone and maintains a high standard for food and people. We are now accepting applications for an experienced and hardworking Prep Cook. Growth and personal advancement encouraged towards culinary goals to grow into a Sous Chef or Executive Chef position within the company. Individuals who apply must submit a current resume and should have the following skills and attributes:

    •A passion for food including a desire to continue education to build new menu items when requested and a love of cooking.

    •A Can Do Attitude

    •Culture creator that supports and teaches as well as leading by example

    •Open Availability, Ability to work late nights, Ability to work 10+ hour shifts

    •A "YES" is the answer mentality..including motivation to be the best

    •A drive for achieving goals and working as a member of a team

    •Proficient knowledge in and an understanding of the ordering process

    •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining quality and speed of food services

    •Cleanliness and hygiene

    •Able to cross-train and work efficiently in different departments

    •Knowledge of food handling

    $ $14.50 Per hour

    Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary. Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.
