About us

We are looking for a Strategic and Operational Development Manager for our KAM department, specifically for the pharmacy sector, including mail order, as well as further expansion of our wholesale business, pharmacy cooperations, and digital marketplaces.

You will lead a team of 2 Key Account Managers for pharmacies (wholesale/cooperation) and digital marketplaces.

Your responsibilities will include managing and developing the mail order account, reporting to the Sales Director DACH, optimizing revenue through budget planning and effective use of advertising and rebate budgets based on potential analyses, optimizing digital communication measures to align with strategic company goals, primarily focused on conversion to sales, but also increasing awareness, traffic, and interactions.

You will also be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing new features, tools, and processes, defining and tracking KPIs, and continuously optimizing agreed placement and communication measures with our sales partners.

This role requires close collaboration with other departments, particularly marketing, pharmacy sales, and controlling. You will also be responsible for managing agencies and ensuring professional project management.
