- Development of Interface Control Documents.
- Development of National Instruments PXI based hardware specifications and drawings.
- Development of a signal conversion cabinet.
- Identify hardware modifications to existing power electronic component that improve modeled system performance characteristics.
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent degree from an ABET-accredited institution with 4+ years of experience or 2+ years with MS degree.
- Experience in reviewing and developing documentation such as: Specifications, Interface Control Documents,
- Design Documents, Connection Diagrams, and Circuit Diagrams.
- Must have proven experience in hardware design and test from architecture through implementation
- Must have proven understanding of fundamental circuits and circuit components.
- Position requires candidates to be capable of performing in a collaborative engineering environment working closely with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated experience effectively communicating within a team environment.
- Must be a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.
- Must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.
- Preference shown to candidates willing to travel to Tullahoma, Tennessee as needed.
- Preference shown to candidates who possess a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree from an ABET-accredited university

Pay Range:
Pay Range $81, $146,875.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
