DCI Job Requirement for:
Technical Project Manager
Location:
Remote (East Coast Time Schedule)
Serve as a Technical Project Manager
Responsible for ensuring effective and efficient execution of projects to include:
- User support and enablement
Anticipate and remove roadblocks and reduce friction
Work with customers, developers, and product teams to see projects through to completion
Provide customer expectation management
Effectively triage inbound customer inquiries
Troubleshoot customer support requests
Effectively communicate to keep internal and external stakeholders informed on project status
Ensure all deliverables ship high quality and on time
Identify and mitigate key risks to project completion and service delivery
Liaise between teams of engineers and customers to drive successful product deliverables
Adhere to scope, resources, and timeline of project
Monitor project progress continuously
Watch for projects heading off-course or deadlines in jeopardy
Communicate proactively with all stakeholders to:
- Identify problems
- Create solutions
- Implement efficiency improvements
- Milestones
- Deliverables
- Risk
Coordinate business and technical personnel during all project phases
Triage, track, and correctly route support requests across the team
Coordinate and manage customer contact for product and user issues across a nationwide user base
Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with Foundry and project-specific workflows
Ramp up new users on the product platform
Deliver demos and training sessions to increase usage and platform knowledge across user groups
Deliver training sessions to user
Qualifications:
Must currently work for/support the IRS and have an employee system account
B.S. in Engineering with product support/software testing or related experience
- Or a CS with product support/software testing or related experience
Experience supporting data integration technologies, with a preference for product support
Experience delivering product demonstrations to technical and non-technical audiences
Experience interfacing with a team of engineers and engaging with product teams
Ability to create technical documentation
Ability to understand and communicate software architecture decisions to all stakeholders
Ability to travel 25% of the time if needed

Salary:
$130,000-$170,000
Pay:
$130, $170,000.00 per year
