    Irapuato, Mexico

    YOUR TASKS
    Take responsibility independently for the designing of Human Resources management in all its personnel related facets such as HR organization, HR recruitment, HR deployment, personnel layoff and personnel administration while taking into consideration all legal, tariff and operational regulations with a view to the achieving of corporate human resources aims; these targets are to be set in consultation with one's superior

    Develop and optimize instruments designed for the fulfilling of operational human resources activities

    Support and advise staff and superiors in all human resources issues while taking into consideration legal, tariff and operational regulations and also personnel-related company directives

    Act as an interface between invoicing and administration departments, i.e. making available all salary-relevant information to ensure correct accounting


    YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
    Examine vacancies with regard to the posts available. Review human resources requirements forms and, where applicable, prepare and post internal job advertisements (ISA) in accordance with corporate regulations and external HR job offers

    Ensure the timely filling of vacant positions with qualified applicants while always taking into consideration company and human resources principles and including all responsible departments in the relevant decisions

    Review and implement legal, factual and formal requirements for the completion, amendment or extension of employment contracts

    Conduct all manner of job and personal interviews and carry out contract negotiations; provide information on the general economic conditions of the company and its human resources framework

    Make decisions on the suitability or unsuitability of applicants while factoring in staffing needs and job requirement profiles; such decision-making is performed in consultation with the head of the organizational unit concerned
