Responsibilities:

  • Creation of plans and calculations in the field of technical building equipment
  • Drawing (3D) implementation of planning concepts and building technical schematics
  • Preparation and review of design and execution drawings using Linear on AutoCAD or Revit
  • 3D modeling and visualization with REVIT
  • Checking and updating planning lists
  • Adherence to project and companyspecific guidelines
  • CAD coordination between trades
  • Final collision check of created planning documents
  • Implementation of project information for the creation of calculations
  • Management and supervision of virtual project rooms

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed training as a technical draftsman, technical system planner, or equivalent
  • Experience in building technology
  • Proficient in Linear on AutoCAD and REVIT
  • Structured and dedicated work style
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, ideally
