Position Summary:


As a
Project Manager - Commercial Construction, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing ground-up and remodel projects, collaborating closely with our team of professionals.

From ensuring compliance to fostering client relationships, you'll be at the forefront of modern construction methodologies.


What You'll Be Doing:


  • Proficiently navigate Procore for seamless project management.
  • Drive preconstruction and closeout processes to perfection.
  • Monitor project budgets and forecast effectively.
  • Collaborate on project plans, specifications, and costsaving measures.
  • Assist estimating team in final project budget development.
  • Prepare the general conditions budget.
  • Coordinate effectively with peers, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Facilitate timely submissions, reviews, and approvals of all shop drawings.
  • Maintain meticulous project schedules and facilitate OAC meetings.
  • Identify and communicate errors or omissions in construction documents.
  • Expedite all RFI's & CO's and maintain all logs.
  • Ensure site safety and address Occupational Health and Safety Act requirements.
  • Ensure completion and track all independent testing and inspections.
  • Issue monthly progress draws and invoicing.
  • Maintain and enforce good construction standards.
  • Control and monitor labor, material, and equipment.
  • Oversee equipment operation and site security.
  • Ensure "asbuilt" drawings are prepared and issue final closeout submission.
  • Ensure all required municipal inspections are current.
  • Prepare and expedite project deficiencies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or needed to fulfill job requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:


  • Minimum 35 Years experience as a Project Manager on new Ground Up & interior Tenant finish out of building commercial and industrial
  • 35 years of Project Manager experience in commercial construction.
  • Degree in a constructionrelated field preferred
  • Must understand construction terms, scheduling, and planning
  • Expertise in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Excel, etc.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
