As we continue to expand we are seeking a skilled Mold Maker to join our team and contribute to our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilites:
As a Mold Maker at Behrens Tool & Die, Inc you will be responsible for:

Mold Fabrication:
Create detailed and precise molds based on engineering specifications and product requirements.

Tooling and Machining:
Operate a variety of machining tools and equipment to shape, cut, and finish molds accurately.

Quality Control:
Conduct thorough inspections of molds to ensure they meet design standards and make any necessary adjustments.

Maintenance and Repair:
Perform routine maintenance on molds to prolong their lifespan and address any issues that arise during production.

Qualifications:

Experience:
Proven experience in an Injection Mold Manufacturing environment.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or apprenticeship in mold making is a plus.

Technical Skills:
Proficient in reading technical drawings, using CAD software, and operating various machining tools, knowledge of Mastercam preferred.

Attention to Detail:
Exceptional attention to detail to ensure the precision and accuracy of molds.
