- Plan, direct, and manage clinical and operational functions.
- Provide clinical and administrative leadership, implementing programs and services to ensure exemplary patient care at MSK.
- Lead in maintaining a work environment that supports excellence in patient care, nursing practice, and safety.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing and National Certification.
- NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license, registration, and BLS certification required.
- 5+ years of clinical experience in Operating Rooms with proven leadership skills.
- Outstanding communication and self-awareness.
- Mentorship and coaching abilities for nursing staff development.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving for optimal patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Adaptability and resilience for leading change and innovation.
- Collaboration and building trusting relationships.
- Understanding of financial principles, resource allocation, and cost management.
- Location: MSK's Main Campus hospital, 1275 York Ave, NYC.
