AON is looking for a Health Solutions Analyst - NDT - (Virtual or Hybrid option)We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Health Solutions Analyst—Nondiscrimination Testing, which can be located virtually in the U.S. This position will support Aon's Health Solutions Legal group. The Analyst will conduct nondiscrimination testing under the Internal Revenue Code for health and welfare benefit plans.

What the day will look like

  • Collection, review and analysis of compensation, eligibility, and service data for nondiscrimination testing of employee benefit plans
  • Review and analysis of nondiscrimination testing results
  • Drafting of clientready materials documenting results of testing
  • Drafting of recommendations for remediation of deficient testing results
  • Presentation of reports to client
  • Knowledge gathered from onthejob training of the regulatory environment affecting plans and Health insurance
  • Assisting clients with plan administration questions

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • College graduate or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency and aptitude in analyzing demographic data
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
  • Able to write well and communicate clearly

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience
