    Community Manager

    We are looking for a dedicated individual who excels in a fast-paced setting, adept at nurturing connections, managing finances, and leading a team. If this sounds like you, we invite you to take the next step.

    The position we have available is for a skilled Community Manager to become part of our team. You will be overseeing a class B/C property consisting of 82 units. Your primary objective will involve creating a warm and lively community atmosphere for residents, prospective tenants, visitors, and staff members. While juggling multiple responsibilities, your main goal will always revolve around ensuring a smooth and positive experience for everyone involved.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide guidance and support to a team, offering continuous training and growth opportunities to enhance their performance.
    • Effectively manage the community's finances, upholding fiscal accountability and optimizing profitability.
    • Supervise the leasing procedures, which include screening applicants, collecting rents, and upholding a professional atmosphere in the leasing office.
    • Deliver outstanding customer service by nurturing relationships with residents, promptly addressing any concerns, and upholding a secure and tidy community environment.
    • Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely project completion and maintain positive partnerships.
    • Generate and present reports to keep stakeholders updated on the community's progress.

    Qualifications:

    • Preferably hold a Bachelor's degree; at a minimum, possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
    • Three or more years of property management experience, including at least one year in a Community Manager capacity.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team within a cooperative setting.
    • Sound financial expertise with a background in budgeting and reporting.
    • Exceptional customer service abilities with a focus on fostering positive connections.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a beneficial skill.
    • Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and industry standards is essential.
    • Adept at multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

    This position requires on-site presence.
