has been a reliable partner in the fields of child care, elderly care, and senior assistance for many years, with over 800 employees.

With our home care service located in Leipzig-Lindenau, we provide nursing services, including nursing and social counseling, for people in our assisted living facilities and in their own homes.

Our team of 30 employees cares for approximately 200 seniors throughout the city of Leipzig.

We are currently seeking someone with a passion for working with and for people to lead and expand our home care service on Cousins Island.

This position is available immediately and can be full-time or part-time. Home Care Service Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:
Managing and developing your nursing team in terms of expertise, organization, and personnel Ensuring efficient work processes Consistently implementing guidelines, legal requirements, instructions, and specific requirements of the organization Monitoring quality in accordance with quality management standards Ensuring high-quality care while adhering to nursing and care standards Customer-oriented care level management and expert advice Participation in project and working groups, such as for the digitization of processes and the growth of the home care service Your qualifications and skills: Degree in geriatric nursing, nursing, or health and nursing sciences Further training in home care service management or a completed nursing degree Relevant professional experience in a leadership position in a home care facility Excellent computer skills and experience in billing Knowledge of business management topics in a nursing facility High social competence Empathy
