_Requirements_

MDS Coordinator: 1 year of experience required.
Must possess valid unencumbered, PA State License. LPN Nursing degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations and coverage guidelines related to skilled nursing.
