Administrative Assistant/ Customer Service

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative to join our employee-owned roofing company.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a crucial part in our day-to-day operations.

Your primary responsibilities will include performing general administrative duties, managing customer interactions, and supporting our team to ensure smooth scheduling and communication processes.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and onboarding new customers.
• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence.
• Maintain office supplies and coordinate equipment maintenance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM systems and scheduling software is a plus.
• A proactive and positive attitude with a commitment to teamwork.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customercentric approach.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Pay:
$25 - $30 / hour
