- Month-end financial close process, reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Month-end financial reporting P&L, Balance Sheet, and Statement of Cash Flows.
- Responsible for banking activity, payment posting, and cash reconciliation.
- Maintain AR Aging Summary, including collection activities.
- Maintain the general ledger accounting system and reports according to GAAP.
- Responsible for Sales and Use tax processing.
- Responsible for auditing and coding expense reports, verifying in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in Fixed Asset accounting and reconciliation.
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Participate in the inventory physical stock count.
- Comply with financial policies and regulations.
- Miscellaneous projects and tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- One to three yeas of professional Accounting/Finance work experience
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including GAAP
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- ERP Systems Experience, Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
- Strong Planning, organizational skills, attention to deital and a problem-solver
