We are looking for new employees (m/f/d) for our internal team in Lake Barcroft, VA.

What to expect, what you should bring:
As part of our training program, you will learn everything you need for the job. Previous sales experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Areas of responsibility:

Contacting existing leads in the system via phone and digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Initial consultations, needs analysis, and advice (e.g. via video chat).
Customer retention: managing existing customers.
Maintaining and utilizing CRM systems for customer relationship management.
Attending seminars, trade shows, and similar events for acquiring new customers and continuous learning.

Salary:

The starting salary is between 35,000€ 40,000€ gross per year. There are opportunities for career advancement and growth.
