Our company, founded in 2015 with the idea of supporting students and young professionals in their search for housing, now manages and mediates furnished apartments throughout Berlin and Brandenburg.

In addition to our main business of shared apartments, we also offer furnished business apartments.

As a young and dynamic team of over 20 employees, our original idea remains at the heart of our daily work.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for managing our real estate portfolio.
You will serve as the main point of contact for our tenants' inquiries.
You will coordinate all necessary measures to address any issues in our apartments.
You will handle various organizational and administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

Completed commercial training and ideally professional experience in the real estate industry.
You are highly independent, reliable, and have a professional demeanor.
You enjoy working directly with customers.
You are fluent in both German and English, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in MS Office applications is a must.
