AECOM is seeking a talented Roadway/Transportation Drainage Design Engineer to join a dynamic and highly technical transportation team of planners, engineers, and technicians in the Chicago, IL office.
As a drainage engineer, you will lead the drainage design on our transportation projects for a variety of clients in public and private industries.
You will also have the opportunity to be part of cutting-edge design projects that utilize the latest technologies for delivering design services to clients.
Responsibilities:
Roadway drainage design
Bridge/culvert hydraulic analyses
Scour analysis
Erosion and sedimentation control
Other related design tasks
Plan production and development of bid sets
Coordinating with other disciplines
Obtaining permits required from regulatory agencies.
Interact and coordinate regularly with clients and sub-consultants in the various assignments.
