To support our production team, we are looking for a dedicated individual (m/f/d) as a shift leader / industrial foreman / plant manager (m/f/d) for paper production at our location in Rudolstadt/Schwarza.

Your tasks

  • Responsibility for high availability, productivity, and quality throughout the production process
  • Leading a shift and the subordinate employees
  • Supporting personnel development, particularly the training and qualification of production employees
  • Coordinating and carrying out maintenance shutdowns on the paper machine for the production area in coordination with the maintenance departments
  • Supervising small projects
