Job Summary:
Set up all Tupelo presses from 700 ton to 3000 ton, while ensuring quality and productivity standards are met.
Completes all necessary documentation.Essential Functions:
Complete press set-ups in a safe and timely manner.
Pre-stage next diesProblem solve automation problem s as they arise (i.e. decoiler, feeder, die, etc)Ability to set diesComplete all necessary documentation correctly and in a timely manner. Serve as a Spotter when neededProvide assistance when neededFollow work instructions and verbal directions to meet targeted production quotas.
Abide by all company polices including, but not limited to the following; Health and safety, Quality andEnvironmental Systems, Human resources policies, and Martinrea Employee HandbookEnsure compliance with all applicable codes, standards and legislation including Environmental Legislation, andOccupational Safety and Health and Safety ActCompetency Level 1 all systems where personnel need to have a basic understanding of the processes and interactions as determined by the teamRequired Education and Experience:
