Tribute Home Care is looking for a full time
Scheduling Partner to join our team.

A day in the life of a Scheduling Partner
Scheduling Partners play a critical role in matching our remarkable Caregiver Associates with clients in need of care.

They will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with caregivers and witness the impact a great caregiver - client match can have on clients, their families, and our caregivers.


This will be done by:

  • Collaborating with Client Solutions Managers to understand clients care needs and scheduling requirements
  • Building relationships with caregivers to best understand their availability, skills, and personality
  • Helping match caregivers with clients in a thoughtful, meaningful way that pair skill sets and personality
  • Building schedules and orienting caregivers to new schedules
  • Seeking creative solutions to scheduling problems, both independently and collaboratively
  • Assisting in the continuous improvement of scheduling efficiency

What you need to be qualified for this position

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
  • A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
  • The ability to travel to the Tribute Baltimore, MD office every other Wednesday
  • Vaccination against COVID19. We comply with the EEOC by providing the ability to request an exemption based on medical or religious reasons
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (experience filtering information to provide quality data)
  • Prior experience in a remote working environment
  • Experience working in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to multitask
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organization skills
  • A collaborative approach
