**Pay:** $22.50/hr
**Location:** Middlesex County, NJ

**Responsibilities:**
+ Collect and organize employee data for group plans, prepare payment vouchers, and reconcile monthly billings.
+ Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of personnel files, both electronic (using Dynafile) and paper-based.
+ Execute daily benefits tasks such as uploading files to vendor sites and updating the compensation and benefits webpages on the Intranet.
+ Coordinate benefits-related meetings, webinars, and seminars.
+ Assist the Benefits Specialist in 401(K) annual audits and compliance testing.
+ Analyze employee benefits utilization and prepare weekly wellness emails for employees.
+ Update employee Paid Time Off (PTO) records and communicate changes.
+ Manage the Tuition Reimbursement program.
+ Participate in compensation and benefits surveys to assess competitive positioning.
+ Provide administrative support to HR personnel and handle daily HR mail distribution.
+ Maintain name changes in PeopleSoft and perform additional assigned duties.
**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience with at least 1 year focused on Benefits Administration.
+ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of management.
+ Proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably PeopleSoft, and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion in handling sensitive employee information.
