Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients, lenders, and other parties to ensure smooth loan closings
- Organize and maintain physical and digital documents
- Handle incoming leads, respond to inquiries, and maintain lead databases
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in analyzing information requests and determining action needed
- Track and manage expenses and receipts
- Perform various administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the financial or real estate industry.
- Strong calendar management skills to effectively schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Excellent transcription skills for accurately documenting meeting minutes and other important information
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and ensuring accuracy
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, DocuSign, and QuickBooks
- Project coordination abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong administrative skills including typing speed and accuracy
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred)
Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Skokie, IL (preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Skokie, IL: Relocate before starting work (required)
