Description

Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate with clients, lenders, and other parties to ensure smooth loan closings
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital documents
  • Handle incoming leads, respond to inquiries, and maintain lead databases
  • Exercise discretion and independent judgment in analyzing information requests and determining action needed
  • Track and manage expenses and receipts
  • Perform various administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the financial or real estate industry.
  • Strong calendar management skills to effectively schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
  • Excellent transcription skills for accurately documenting meeting minutes and other important information
  • Attention to detail for proofreading documents and ensuring accuracy
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, DocuSign, and QuickBooks
  • Project coordination abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong administrative skills including typing speed and accuracy
This is a full-time position with competitive pay.


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred)
Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (preferred)


Ability to Commute:

  • Skokie, IL (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Skokie, IL: Relocate before starting work (required)
