We are currently seeking support for our location in Burgkirchen as a Software Support Engineer (m/f/d).

YOUR TASKS:

  • Support our customers as technical support for applicationspecific problem solutions of our software products in the field of smart logistics
  • Processing of customer inquiries as part of customer support
  • In coordination with your colleagues, you will take on oncall duties
  • Close cooperation with our teams in application and software development
  • Conduct proactive system analyses via remote connection and record, prioritize, and process support cases
  • Bug fixing and caserelated documentation

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Ideally, you already have experience in customer contact and software problem solving
  • You are familiar with relational databases (MSSQL)
  • Basic knowledge of C# is an advantage
  • Interfaces to ERP/MES systems are not foreign words to you
  • Communication with programmable logic controllers and their processes is part of your knowhow
  • You are a team player, reliable, serviceoriented, and communicative
