Are you interested in working for a leading online comparison portal? We are looking for a Call Center Agent/Telephone Customer Advisor/Telephone Customer Support Representative/Administrator (m/f/d) in the field of travel insurance.

As a Call Center Agent/Telephone Customer Advisor/Telephone Customer Support Representative/Administrator (m/f/d), your responsibilities will include:

  • Advising existing and new customers on travel insurance via telephone and email (no cold calling)
  • Creating individual offers for travel insurance
  • Recording and maintaining customer data and applications
  • Acting as a liaison between customers and insurance companies
  • Supporting the continuous development of our comparison services

Qualifications:

  • Commercial education (e.g. travel agent) or experience in the tourism industry
  • Previous experience in customer advisory roles
  • Strong customer orientation and a friendly telephone manner
  • Independent, conscientious, and structured work style
  • Handson mentality and attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm for digital business models
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken

Benefits:
