What can you expect?

Your tasks will include:

• Custom production of orthopedic aids, especially orthotics, prosthetics (lower extremities), and special sports equipment
• Organizational and technical workshop management
• Employee leadership and development
• Production using modern additive (3D scanning and 3D printing) and traditional manufacturing methods
• Consultation and fitting of off-the-shelf and custom-made aids
• Field service for orthopedic technicians, consultation/fitting of aids
• Introduction and optimization of efficient structures and processes in orthopedic technology
• Collaboration with clinics, doctors, and physiotherapists

What should you bring?

• Completed training as an orthopedic technician/master or similar qualification with experience in orthopedic technology (consultation and production of orthopedic aids)
• Experience in leading and training employees and apprentices
• Proficient in using common PC programs, familiar with digitalization.
