- Data migration from previous software system to new system and assess for inconsistencies
- Run reports, download, and store electronic files
- Review and organize paper files
- Review I-9 documentation; dispose of unneeded paperwork as directed
- Offer basic receptionist services to employees visiting the HR office
- Collaborate with colleagues on projects, proactively seek next steps or further tasks as necessary
- 2 years' equivalent experience in an administrative role, or a combination of experience plus an Associate degree
- Human Resources experience preferred
- Must be knowledgeable of Microsoft Office applications and comfort learning new technologies
- Experience using an HRIS platform such as Paycor and Paycom is preferred
- Ability to work with and maintain highly confidential information in a professional manner
- Excellent customer service skills, must be able to serve diverse populations
- Clear, effective, and timely communication skills across all levels of internal staff, clients, and constituents
- High attention-to-detail; ability to organize and prioritize necessary

Our confidential nonprofit client is currently seeking a Temporary Part-Time Human Resources Associate. This position is expected to last 2-3 months and is 30 hours per week. The HR Associate will work fully onsite in Springfield, MA, M-F, 8 AM – 5 PM. Compensation is $19.00 per hour.
The HR Associate will help the HR department with a recent software migration. They will be responsible for tasks related to filing, organizing, and transitioning e-files from Paycor to Paycom.
