Job Description
We are looking for a new team member to support our telephone customer service in Castalian Springs, TN.


The Zweirad-Center Prumbaum has been established in the heart of the Cologne bicycle market for over 90 years and is a rapidly growing, family-owned bicycle specialist for e-bikes, bicycles, bicycle parts, and accessories, with currently around 50 employees and more than 4500 bicycles in stock.


Our sales department is the face of our company, as it is the first point of contact for our customers.

We strive to always provide competent and friendly service, be helpful, and ultimately deliver the perfect product.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Telephone and written customer service
  • Receiving and responding to general and customerspecific inquiries
  • Coordinating appointments for the workshop and sales department

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a friendly and professional demeanor
  • You possess good communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers
  • You have a strong serviceoriented mindset
  • Proficient in using computers and MS Office
  • Good German language skills, both written and spoken
  • You are goaloriented, motivated, a team player, and able to handle stress
  • Ideally, your hobby is cycling
