As an IT System Administrator (m/f/d) at Eigenherd, you will play a central role in shaping our digital system landscape. You ensure the functionality of our internal IT infrastructure and set the standards for data protection and IT security. Your expertise drives our internal processes forward, while you equip new employees with hardware and ensure a smooth device change.

Your tasks:

  • You take over the administration, management and maintenance of our internal IT infrastructure
  • You are responsible for employee support, both on-site and remote
  • You design and monitor internal processes, especially with regard to data protection and IT security
  • You take care of the setup and management of end devices
  • You are responsible for hardware procurement and management as well as warranty processing
  • You conduct technical on- and offboarding of new employees
  • You are responsible for selecting, introducing and implementing standardized process standards for IT
  • You create technical documentation
  • You participate in IT-related projects and lead them
  • You provide technical support at events

Your profile:

  • You have completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration/IT system electronics (m/f/d) or a similar qualification/study in the IT field
  • You have a high affinity for data
