Overview:

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant.


Your main duties will include:

  • Managing and supervising all staff members, including, kitchen staff, servers, catering
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Monitoring food quality and presentation
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Creating and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue
  • Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
  • Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant
  • Conducting regular staff meetings to communicate updates and address concerns

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

  • Business Dining or restaurant management experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Leadership abilities to effectively manage a team
  • Experience in kitchen management, including inventory control and cost management
  • Familiarity with catering services and event planning
  • Culinary background or understanding of culinary techniques is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, staff, and vendors
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficient in interviewing, hiring, and training new employees
