Overview:
'

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant.

Your main duties will include:

Managing and supervising all staff members, including, kitchen staff, servers, catering
Ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
Monitoring food quality and presentation
Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner
Creating and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue
Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant
Conducting regular staff meetings to communicate updates and address concerns

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

Business Dining or restaurant management experience
Strong customer service skills
Leadership abilities to effectively manage a team
Experience in kitchen management, including inventory control and cost management
Familiarity with catering services and event planning
Culinary background or understanding of culinary techniques is a plus
Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, staff, and vendors
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
Proficient in interviewing, hiring, and training new employees
