- Originate Ag operating and Real Estate loans through existing customers and potential business relationships.
- Analyze credit worthiness of applicants by reviewing Financial Statements, Tax returns, Income Statement, Cash flows. Approve or reject loans.
- Prepare loan presentations for loan committee and board.
- Establish and negotiate terms and conditions with borrowers.
- Maintain proper loan documentation.
- Ensure Compliance to applicable regulations and keeps up to date with lending requirements and regulations.
- Monitors loan repayments and takes appropriate collection action.
- Prepare and process loan documentation to ensure proper monitoring of financial progress and perfection of collateral security interests.
- Cross-sells bank services and products.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 3+ years' experience in Agricultural lending
- Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with elevated level of accuracy.
- Proficiency with MS Office products and overall computer skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Objective
The Agricultural Loan Officer will solicit, develop and service agricultural loan customers, within the guidelines of Bank policies.
