Description

We are looking for a dynamic and competent HR clerk in full-time for a long-term position. The company is internationally active but regionally based in the food industry with headquarters in 28197 Bremen. As part of a strong team, you will have the opportunity to grow and contribute your individual strengths.

Your responsibilities include:

Serving as a liaison in the office between HR management, payroll, and employees
Performing administrative tasks and creating employment contracts or references
Maintaining records and monitoring time management in SAP HR in preparation for payroll
Proactively contributing ideas for process improvement as an HR clerk

What you bring to the table:

Successfully completed commercial training and ideally additional training as a certified HR specialist
Experience in the field of HR and knowledge of labor and social security law
Adaptability and the ability to maintain composure in challenging situations
Enthusiasm and foresight to drive and implement changes with dedication
