    We're looking for a Senior Account Analyst to join team Sales Working closely with the Sales team, you will be tasked with helping us deliver better campaigns through category-specific insights and learnings. You will collaborate with Sales, Creative Strategy, Measurement and Product Solutions to ensure our campaigns are running optimally and constantly adapting to new findings.

    What you'll do:

    • Work with Account Management to provide real time analysis for auction campaigns; influence incremental spend through data driven upsell recommendations
    • Identify performance trends across auction campaigns to fuel optimization recommendations; evangelize best practices across the account management and analytics group
    • Partner with sales managers and cross-functional teams, including business marketing, creative strategy and measurement, to build category specific narratives and/or playbooks; use a constantly evolving test and learn agenda across the category to highlight different paths to success
    • Function as a thought leader, offering insights related to vertical or category industry trends in order to inform or strengthen Snap's in-market pitch.
    • Support Account Executives throughout RFP process by providing insights to strengthen pitches
    • Partner with PMM to provide complementary analysis that furthers existing ad product development and/or supports alpha/beta products.
    • Build and grow relationships with external data analysts and or measurement roles within key clients and agency partners
    • Adopt latest tools and develop use cases and best practices; share across the sales team and train teams when necessary
    • Maintain expert level knowledge of Snap's data and analytics tooling ecosystem (Looker, Mercury, etc.); engage respective teams to advocate for features that improve efficiency or deepen insights
    • Help onboard new analysts, ensuring they understand best practices and key cross-functional relationships
    • Build and maintain dashboards to track advertiser success
    • Support clients' efforts in the auction

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, economics, ora related area of study or equivalent years of experience
    • 8+ years of working with SQL as a data analyst
    • 2+ years of experience managing PPC, programmatic, or paid socialcampaigns in an analytics capacity

    Preferred Qualifications

    • MSc in Business Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Economics
    • Intermediate knowledge in Python
    • Consistent track record of crafting measurable insights from data
    • Demonstrable ability to tell stories to non-technical audiences using data

    Compensation

    In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

    Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) ) :

    The base salary range for this position is $114,000-$171,000 annually.

    Zone B ) :

    The base salary range for this position is $108,000-$163,000 annually.

    Zone C ) :

    The base salary range for this position is $97,000-$145,000 annually.

    This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
