You will be responsible for independently preparing and conducting tenders in a timely and quality-oriented manner, including ensuring cost-effectiveness and legal compliance, up to the operational order processing in selected product categories
You will independently prepare and conduct negotiations, including contract drafting (including framework agreements) and award decisions, in cooperation with the specialist departments and legal department
You will handle the ordering process properly and efficiently, including order tracking and archiving of tender documents, and support strategic purchasing in larger projects as an impulse generator and in implementing the product category strategy
You will process delivery reminders and complaints
