Job Overview

Primary duties include:


  • Maintain an accurate inventory of reagents and chemicals.
  • Perform the duties of a lab safety officer. Ensure that the lab activities comply with safety protocols and EHS safety guidelines.
  • Active maintenance and organization of the lab Google Cloud server.
  • NGS data analysis generated from various assays, including CRISPRscreen, singlecell RNAseq data.
  • Lead independent research projects and publish results.

Requirements and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or Master's training in Biology, Chemistry, or computational biology.
  • Proficiency in R and Python. Experience in developing informatics pipelines and analyzing genomics data sets.
  • Previous experience in molecular and cellular biology research will be advantageous.
