- Perform a variety of curriculum, learning and development support for company training programs, communications, and other department initiatives
- Manage and maintain libraries of electronic files and hard copies
- Research and support new design innovations to further department efforts & impact.
- Contribute to maintenance and implementation of department programs, processes, meetings, and initiatives
- Collect data, research questions or issues, and compose recap for department leaders
- Produce, review, edit, and proofread related materials; may include video editing, production in Canva (or related software).
- Production includes job aids, infographics, PowerPoint, and other presentation, training, and communication materials. May include production of voice over.
- Contribute to other department projects as assigned
- 0-2 years of experience requiredin the field or related area
- Other qualifications include intermediate to advanced computer software skills in Microsoft Office applications; experience with design software (e.g. Canva, Camtasia, Adobe Premier Pro, etc.)
- Knowledge of adult learning
